The environment for MMA has changed. UFC is now the event to watch freak fights like Kimbo vs Houston Alexander and Mirko Crocop fight guys with one day notice like Anthony Perosh. If you thought PRIDE had the best freak fights, UFC will top them in freak show spectacle history. Don't be afraid of these changes though, expect more of them. With champions getting injured, they have to creak freak show stars that can draw audiences. Nothing has changed, nor will anything ever change as long as the strong spectacle of MMA lingers on.
So fight fans be embracing of the dominating face of freakness.
And yeah MMA has not passed in New York State. Who didn't see this coming? Too much politics dominate stronger than the simple money aspect.
